Helen has been caring for my cats and toy poodle for over 3 years now
and I welcome this opportunity to thank her in a testimonial.
I contacted Helen through the phone book as I was looking for a special
carer for my furry friends and as I did not have a personal reference from
anyone I was vetting the carer’s I had contacted. I am a breeder of
pedigree cats so the care of my cats (& dog) has to be taken on very
responsibly. Helen came to visit me and we went through the type of things
that I wanted done. Helen made notes and if she was not sure of something
she asked me to explain further. By the time Helen left I was feeling very
confident that she was the person for me, I also had a good rapport with
her and felt that she had an excellent “bedside” manner so to speak.
Helen has cared for my cats & dog ever since and when I know I am going
away I am always anxious to call and book her services, because if she
wasn’t available I think I would have to change my plans. Helen has always
contacted me if she had any concerns whilst I was away and has left a
report on the happenings during my absence. I know, that whilst I am away
I can relax and not be apprehensive that my animals are getting the best
of care and attention as though I was there myself.
I have always been extremely satisfied with Helen’s service and
understanding of my animals needs and she is genuinely devoted to
providing an excellent service and being an animal lover herself she
understands that she is caring for my beloved family members.

It is comforting to come home and know that Scooter has been well loved
and cared for in the safety of my own home. Helen has been caring for
Scooty and my other much loved pets for many years now because of the
special care she provides.
She has also gone above and beyond to help when there have been other
household emergencies I couldn't be there to attend to. Its that
extra attention that makes her stand out and makes it so nice to know
she's looking after your pet and place while your away.

Helen has been looking after my pets since 2005 and I would not trust
anyone else with my babies.
She had cared for my aging dog and cat until the sad day came when I had
to say goodbye to them. Helen even counselled me because I was grieving so
badly for them! But now I have more spoilt cats and my budgies and Helen
loves them as much as I do.
She even took one of my cats to the vet for me, I thought he didn't look
himself the day before we went away, which I thought was excellent
service.
I never have to worry about my babies when we are away because Helen
spoils them with lots of love and cuddles, and my cats love her! I
trust Helen like a family member, in fact I call her Aunty Helen! Best pet

I have
entrusted Helen with my precious pets for the past 10 years.
I would highly recommend Helen to anyone who is considering having their
pets cared for at home. I am able to go on holidays and relax and enjoy
myself knowing that my pets are in Helen's capable hands.
I know Helen is totally committed to caring for them, she gives lots of
cuddles and walks and will spend as much time with them as she feels they
need. Nothing is a problem for Helen, she takes them for Veterinary
attention if required, even making a special visit if necessary.
Tablets are administered without a fuss, jackets are put on if the weather
turns cool. They are always happy and a picture of health when I return.
Helen is completely trustworthy, I know my house will be well looked
after, it is always clean and tidy, rubbish bins are put out on collection
days, and brought back in, mail is brought inside and the yard is clean
and free of doggy droppings.
I doubt if there is a more suitable person to look after a pet than Helen,
she loves and cares for every pet she looks after as if they were one of
her own. Nothing is a problem for Helen, she is and Angel just as my pets,
they love her to pieces.
